Having spent many years in my youth as an athlete, I know exactly what being in shape is all about. As the years have gone by, I've explored more avenues to develop my fitness portfolio.
Gaining a BSc Degree in Sports Performance, a Premier Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training, a Premier qualification in Kettlebell Training, and a Hatton Academy Advanced Qualification in Boxing for Fitness, I've proven my record time and time again.
But, it was not always this simple. During my early adult life, I also spent time dealing with a health condition that left me with an extremely slow metabolism. This put a significant strain on my ability to stay healthy and active. I was able to overcome this seemingly never ending period by learning how I could manipulate my metabolism by doing certain exercises while avoiding a variety of foods.
It's safe to say I've come a tremendous way. As your personal trainer, I am perfectly poised to lead you to success and share with you many techniques that will help you to move forward, making sure you learn why you are doing what you are doing within these programs to better develop your health and fitness for the future.
