I started The Mint Yard because I was fed up of seeing people going to the gym and never changing their shape. Everyone always used to look so bored plodding away on the treadmill, headphones in, not talking to anyone.
So I want to change that and make it a fun place where you actually get results and enjoy a workout. I want to make you healthy, and by that I mean physically, mentally and socially. It’s more than a workout, it’s being part of the Tribe.
