I started my weight loss journey in January 2016 and slowly understood how to exercise efficiently and what to eat in order to continuously become healthier. In that time, I have lost 2 stone and have now been training for two years.
Fitness has become a lifestyle for me and it is a part of my everyday life now. I enjoy exercising and have found ways to enjoy what I eat. Because of this, I am now completing a Level 2 and 3 Personal Training course to start helping others do the same.
I know what it's like to be unhappy with what you look like and I know how difficult it can be to start your journey. I want to help women and girls like me to begin making that change and feeling more confident.
