As a child I was diagnosed with a heart condition, which meant I had to stay fit. Sports became my passion and as adult I yearned to help others discover how to get 'Fit for Life' without killing themselves in a gym or depressing themselves on a rabbit food diet.
The years of experience and training I have in how the human body operates, how to maximise the use of each muscle (even ones you didn't know existed), and how to fuel your body optimally, means I provide personalised plans for each of my clients.

My approach is simple yet detailed. At the first session, we get to know each other. I will understand your needs and limitations and will complete body measurements, posture analysis and blood pressure readings.
Then I will learn about your lifestyle and nutritional habits so I can create for you the ultimate training programme tailored specifically to your needs.
All of my programmes and exercises are designed so that you will have correct posture and technique, accounting for any existing injuries or weak points.
