I have a BSc in Sports Science and Physical Education and have spent over twenty years working as a wellness coach in Brazil and the UK including for companies such as Nuffield Health, Bupa House Health Care, The Welcome Trust and Wembley Brent Community Physical Activities Project, offering seven-star customer service and impeccable respect for privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
My philosophy is to develop the body as a way to improve mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It is a way to reach the brain through muscles and the spirit through the body.
