I first stepped foot in the gym when I was 16 years old. I had always intended to join the army and so I needed to enhance my fitness and strength to pass the selection process to join. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I could no longer pursue that path. 

However, I enjoyed the training I had undertaken and continued to train myself (albeit a bit cluelessly as you do as a teenager). I grew to develop a passion for fitness and decided to turn this passion into my career, to push myself and push others in achieving their goals.

So I set out to do just that. I approached a local gym and joined them as an apprentice.

Two years later I was a fully qualified Personal Trainer. 

In my four years as being a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I have spent countless hours reading books, researching and attending courses, and dedicating myself to furthering my knowledge and expertise within the fitness industry, whether it be in training, nutrition, biomechanics or body fat analysis. All of which I have shared with my clients so that they can get the best results possible!
