For many years, Trevor has practiced daily his back stretches routine which transformed his life and lets him do the job he loves as a personal trainer. He has helped a number of his clients lead a better quality life by introducing his back stretching routine and they can work out without fear of injuring their backs or other body areas.

He loves playing tennis and has worked out in gyms for many years.

Trevor's got a good understanding of body strength, posture, and movement and incorporates this into his clients training so they can get better at their chosen sports or activities.
