I have always enjoyed fitness, and have a great interest in staying up to date with new health and exercise research to further my knowledge and to find innovative ways of training my clients.
I have experience training a wide variety of clients, each with different personal goals, such as fat loss, powerlifting and bodybuilding; many of my clients have achieved fantastic results.
