From working as a Personal Trainer in both a commercial gym environment and my own private studio, I have gained a solid reputation as a results based PT. Although I specialise in weight loss and strength training, I have helped clients reach various other goals.

I have trained a wide array of clients, from those looking to lose weight and "tone up", to members of the Armed Forces, Police and London Fire Brigade. I've helped clients improve their general fitness and have also had success improving people’s posture and core strength. One of my proudest moments was dramatically improving the health of a client with a severe spinal condition, when other Personal Trainers had failed them/made the situation worst. I have also helped rehabilitate/train those with various orthopaedic conditions.

I pride myself on being science based in regards to exercise, physiology and nutrition. It is a common trend for many Personal Trainers to make sessions up on the spot, whilst I firmly believe in client programming with progressive overload. On top of this, I am constantly improving myself with Continued Personal Development courses. This has led to extra qualifications in Kettlebells, Metabolic Conditioning & Resistance Training, Advanced Resistance Training and Gym Based Boxing.
