My background in teaching has taught me what’s possible with the right tuition and motivation; after embarking on my own weight loss journey in 2014 and losing over 4 stone I gained an interest in health and fitness. Having always struggled with my weight and confidence, I employed a personal trainer to educate and motivate me in reaching my goals. I now have a long-term healthy relationship with food and exercise. My personal trainer helped me reach my goals, build my self-esteem and made me realise my full potential.
In 2016 I qualified as a personal trainer through Premier Training and am now looking to help others on a similar journey.
