As a trainer my aim is to share my passion and guide others, like yourself, to a healthier lifestyle, incorporating both training, nutritional advice and, most importantly, the motivation and support that you need to keep on track of your fitness goals.
I've been a certified personal trainer for 2 years now and have worked within the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, fitness instructor, gym manager and at bootcamps and circuits. I trained originally as a professional dancer and whilst travelling in the US I picked up a selection of training regimes that have shaped my style as a trainer.
I have experience working with different categories of people, including those looking to loose weight and tone up, those recovering from injury, those training specifically for events and those who want a more active lifestyle.
Fitness shouldn't be a chore so I also like to keep things fun with my sessions and am always developing new ideas and exploring fitness trends.
I offer bespoke training programmes and nutrition advice to individuals and to small groups.
