Enthusiastic, professional PT with 8 years experience of one-to-one and group training. Based at Holbrook Health Club in Wincanton but happy to train anywhere.

I have worked with a wide array of clients from those taking the first step towards improving their fitness, to professional athletes performing at the top of their game. No challenge is too big or too small and I encourage a holistic, multi-channel approach to improve overall physical and mental health.

I have helped clients train for marathons, triathlons, build strength post-injury or simply to get fitter and stronger. As an S&C Coach, I’ve coached athletes from Formula 3 (winning the 2021 title), horse racing, county cricket, football, golf and many others.
