Hi, I’m Rob! Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland where I studied and worked as an Engineer. I moved to London 3 years ago to pursue my passion for fitness and surround myself with the best in the industry. I’m an experienced personal trainer and CrossFit athlete continually studying and attending courses to grow as an athlete and as a coach. Through my experience of working with clients and overcoming plateaus in my own development I have built a vast amount of knowledge that I share with my clients to help fast track them towards their fitness goals.

There are many personal trainers so choosing the right one for you can be hard. This is why I offer a free consultation and trial session to help you decide whether I’m the right guy for the job.

I strongly believe that striving for measurable progression in performance is the most sustainable, effective and enjoyable approach to becoming the best version of yourself both athletically and aesthetically. The cornerstone of my training philosophy is the development of basic compound free weight exercises that cover the fundamental movement patterns (i.e. squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull) performed with perfect form and the required intensity to illicit the sought adaptation. These require practice of good technique, balanced musculature and adequate mobility to be performed safely and effectively, so these factors are addressed prior to heavy external loading. I believe the most important factor when it comes to attaining long lasting results is consistency and as such I think it is vitally important to make training varied, fun and goal specific with a focus on developing healthy habits in order to maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle for the long term.
