About

I am often asked why I chose to change careers to run SPR Fitness and to become a Personal Trainer. The truth is, I have transformed my own fitness levels and health over the past few years, dropping my weight from 22 stone to a fit and healthy 15 1/2, whilst increasing my muscle mass and dropping my body fat percentage. At the age of 47, I am now fitter, healthier and have more energy than I did at 37.

I want to pass on my experiences and knowledge to people that need some help with their journey to fitness and better health.

In short, I decided it was time to help create a solution, because everyone should have access to professionals that can help with fitness, nutrition and rehabilitation at affordable prices, without the commitment to long term GYM membership. I believe that everyone needs to find the time to prioritise health, no matter how busy life gets.
