Living a physically fit and healthy life is challenging, especially with work deadlines that are alarming. I am Eric Langlais, a qualified and insured REP’s registered personal trainer with extensive knowledge and 4-years of experience in exercise modification and progression. I specialise in training 25-35 years old fitness enthusiasts of all levels – beginners, intermediate, and professional.
I encourage progressive levels of exercise prescription 3-6-month programmes to support athletes and individuals in accomplishing their ultimate goals. I have a positive, authentic, meticulous, and empathetic approach to my clients for motivating them at every step of the fitness session.
My thesis and academic background in MSc in sports and Exercise Psychology help me monitor your progress via exercise programmes and client's body composition changes. With this extensive knowledge and my on-field experience, I strive to help you achieve your fitness goal, offering a tailor-made fitness plan that best suits your requirements and aims. 1 session per week £60 each session
2 sessions per week £50 each session

4 sessions per week £37.5 each session
hybrid model: 200 with one session per week or 150 all online
Also, sessions are taken on a monthly subscription and I work on a results-oriented approach where I provide nutrition guidance and your work-out application for any additional session guidance that you want to carry by yourself
