I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and supported on their fitness journey, no matter where they're starting from. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, working towards a specific goal, or simply want to feel better in your daily life, I'm here to create a personalised training plan that honours your unique needs and circumstances. With my background of working as a psychologist within the NHS, I understand that fitness goes beyond how you look. My own training has consisted of reaching a black belt in taekwondo, experience with weight lifting, and completing half-marathons.
My approach combines evidence-based training with empathy and understanding. I'll be there to celebrate your wins, support you through challenges, and help you build sustainable habits that improve both your physical and mental well-being.
