With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I offer a balanced approach to exercise training by focusing on movement and exercise technique. This will help improve muscle tone, posture, balance and core strength; and in return will produce a more functional and conditioned body. I have worked with disabled, diabetic, pregnant, anorexic and rehabilitation clients, as well as those with back pain and high blood pressure.
