About

I have several years of experience in fitness and various sports and I offer personal training in the comfort of your own home. I have taught body conditioning, “bums ‘n’ tums”, ball pilates, Yogalates, self-defence and circuit classes at various gyms. I am a qualified "Hour of Power" instructor and have taught classes at Brunel University, EasyGym Slough and the White Hill Centre in Chesham. I am a 4th level black belt in Shorinji Kempo and have taught adults and children for over 20 years. I regularly participate in cycling sportive events. Having competed in NABBA and EFBB fitness events, I have experience in ladies body building and I offer sports-specific training in martial arts, cycling, equestrian, skiing, ice skating/hockey and running. I am also a qualified kettlebell, Boxercise & indoor cycling instructor. I can also offer kinesiology Power Taping. As a mature exerciser, I know that age is no barrier to fitness!
