At Mint Fitness our passion is one-to-one personal training, and small group personal training (3 individuals supervised by one personal trainer). We have selected advanced equipment and practice joint-friendly exercise appropriate for any age or fitness level. All sessions take place inside our personal training studio, an ideal setting for a great workout. The studio has none of the distractions you would associate with a gym. The studio is cool, clean, quiet and professional so the personal trainer can focus all their attention on you.
