Health, performance and human movement have been the basis of my work as a personal trainer and performance coach. I am always updated on the constant development of Sport Science, making me question the basis of my work in order to keep broadening my knowledge and be able to offer the best program to each person. My specialty in health is prevention and recovery of lower back pain and neck pain, through the best medicine: exercise. Also, I can offer the best sport-specific programme to improve and grow agility, speed and coordination in your game. I have worked in different areas, such as rehab of injured football players and of people with Spinal Cord Injuries, and physical exercise in people with different pathologies. My experience has shown me that individualisation is the most important thing in training.
