I have international experience working with all types of fitness levels and age groups. I tailor the training to the client needs, focusing on diversity, functional movements and keeping it fun! I like to change the format of the sessions frequently to keep you on toes!
I am specialised in Kettlebell training, Metabolic training, HIIT training, Bootcamp for fat loss.
I also specialised in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) which is a screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and inefficient movement that causes reduced performance.
I continuously study and attend courses to ensure I bring the most up to date training in the industry to my clients.
I have gained qualifications and trained clients in the UK, Italy & with the US Military.
