When I was 20 I was severely underweight. Standing at 6ft 2” at a little over 9 stones I was the definition of skinny. I joined a gym and hit the weights, but it wasn’t as simple as that. When I wasn’t in the gym I was researching, learning and asking questions all over the internet. The first few years were a steep learning curve for me, realising that there are a lot of myths, lies and just false information on the internet. I had to find out the truth by actually trying out the vast amount of training techniques, advice and plans I’d read about for so long online to figure out what works and what doesn’t.

6 stone gained and several years later it was time to spread the wealth of knowledge I had acquired and to apply it to others to help them sculpt the physique they had always wanted. Because I have done the work and gained the knowledge this gives YOU the advantage when training with me. Long gone are the days where people would spend hours on a treadmill while following the latest fad diet to get in shape— that’s just plain boring and dull!
