I offer personal training and support with your nutritional intake, from my private home studio in Arnos Grove, North London. 

The private studio provides a relaxed and peaceful location for your personal training sessions, equipped with all we need to effectively work towards your health and fitness goals, including dumbbells, barbell, boxing gloves, a pull-up/dip bar and mats etc. Training from a private space has a number of benefits including being away from the gym crowds, loud music, sweat stained equipment and queues for the machines. 

I am also a certified yoga teacher, and offer the option to incorporate some yoga based movement into our personal training sessions. 

My personal training style is welcoming, friendly and holistic. It is important to me that your training sessions are enjoyable and varied. I understand that, in order to easily stick to a training routine, it needs to be one that you can do for the long-term. Very few people love working out, so it's my job to make your training as enjoyable as possible, so that you don't give up on meeting your goals. 

We will work with effective training methods to ensure you get sustainable results, in as little time as possible. Providing you with a complete service, you will benefit from guidance around your nutrition. I am certified in the areas of nutrition for weight management, and nutrition in sport. As a plant based, vegan personal trainer, I will be able to support you with first hand experience, if you are looking to follow a healthy vegetarian or vegan diet. 

Understandably, you may be feeling a little nervous about starting on your health and fitness journey. EVERYONE should feel able to enjoy the benefits of a healthy and active life style, regardless of age, gender, fitness level, or exercise experience. 

As a gay friendly & vegan personal trainer, I donate £10 to a LGBT charity, Stonewall or to PETA for every new client that starts personal training sessions with me.
