I offer one to one personal training sessions for all fitness levels, shapes, sizes, for Women and Men, from all backgrounds. My aim is to help clients achieve their own individual health and fitness goals whether that’s losing 2 stone in weight, or running a marathon. It may be something more sports specific, like improving overall performance on the football pitch to improving balance, posture and flexibility.
