Exercise is my passion and I believe it should be enjoyable. I'm a keen runner, open water swimmer, Practitioner of Shotokan Karate and a novice in aerial hoop. My career started within the NHS, working as a Nurse and Midwife. Many problems I saw were related to lifestyle issues and I wanted to empower others to make changes to improve their well-being.

- Personal Trainer and online coach
- Diploma in Exercise Referral (Management of Health Conditions)
- Mat Pilates Instructor (level 3)
