I also offer online training for both males and females in their 20-40s who are looking to drastically increase their fitness level, to make those everyday little things easier, and to increase confidence.
You will be using a great method of mine called K-I-T (Kettlebell Interval Training), which is an awesome way to increase your fitness level, burn fat, and get toned. All you need is a few kettlebells and your own bodyweight—no need for tons of equipment.
