Having been on a significant 'get fit' journey myself, I understand that it's hard taking the first step. However, I use my previous experience to make sure all clients know that keeping fit is still achievable no matter what age you are or commitments you have. I approach all sessions with enthusiasm and ensure each client walks away feeling supported and listened to whilst enjoying the journey towards their personal health and fitness goals.

I also have specific experience of working with clients who are looking to increase mobility and movement around problem areas, lose weight and those interested in completing an endurance event, having run 2 marathons and a number of triathlons.
