Being healthy is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. I am dedicated to creating a client-specific program designed to improve the overall fitness and well-being of my clients whilst making it fun. After all, if you want to see benefits, then you need to work hard and enjoy it. My programmes are based on strength and conditioning, nutrition and aerobic training. I don't believe in offering an hour of my time 2–3 times a week, so I offer packages that include 24/7 contactability with me and nutritional advice throughout.
I haven't always been fit and healthy. I went through a lot of health issues, lots of trial and errors, and now I am on the right path. The ways I have trained myself in the past have included CrossFit, Kick-boxing, Dancing (Salsa, Tango & Pole), Swimming, HIIT, Hiking and Pilates. I can travel to your home or area of choice covering all of London. I provide fun and motivating sessions, carefully monitoring your fitness progression to get you achieving your goals.
