Hi there, my name is Kit Wong, both owner and personal trainer here at Get Fit With Kit. I would like to tell you a bit about myself and how I got to where I am.

I have always been passionate about health, fitness and well-being. I have participated in kickboxing (competing at an amateur level), outdoor camping and hiking, and, more recently, "mud runs", such as Hell Runner and Tough Mudder. In 2013, I wanted to take this passion to another level, so studied at the European Institute of Fitness and became a Master Trainer.

So what is my mission here at Get Fit With Kit? With my high energy, enthusiasm and passion, I want to impact your wellbeing, helping you to achieve your goals in the fastest and safest way possible. I understand the needs of my clients, so create realistic and sustainable lifestyle-changing programmes and provide coaching, motivation and support all the way through your journey. 

I follow a simple yet extremely effective set of principles. Reduce stress, eat well, train well and rest well.
