Being an athlete of any kind was always a dream of mine as I’m a truly hyperactive person. Perhaps this is what drives me to keep on trying all types of different exercises and to bring versatility into my style of training. The motto ‘what won’t kill you, makes you stronger’ got me to do aerial circus (trained with Cirque del Soleil instructors), MMA, calisthenics/street workouts, scuba diving, gymnastics, indoor rock climbing... I practiced Bikram yoga for four years, with the intention to do my teacher’s license in the future. I practiced equipment Pilates for seven years, which I’m truly passionate about. I was a dancer from the age of four till sixteen, when I acquired National Dance Champion status. In the past two years, however, I completely felt in love with weight training, which I’m pursuing on a competitive level. Currently, I'm an XXII Unlimited Nutritions sponsored athlete.
I studied business, international business, event and marketing management in Australian universities, though I’ve decided to fully dedicate myself to fitness. I followed my passion and took on personal training/nutrition full time. I originally studied at the University of Sports & Physical Education in Slovakia, before I relocated to Sydney to do my business oriented ventures. Regardless of my business life, I still kept active in Australia with a mixture of physical activities, and also trained my friends for years as a hobby. I helped achieve their weight goals, and gave them fitness advice. Over there I was also an occasional nutritional adviser for Bianca ‘Bam Bam’ Elmir, Australian Boxing and Kickboxing Champion.
Now, living in London, I’m pursuing a healthy holistic life, and progressing on to became the best trainer and athlete possible. I fell in love with bodybuilding and now I actively compete in the bikini and fitness model division for UKBFF/IFBB. I’m truly grateful for this opportunity, as my first season of competing in 2015 brought me 1 x 1st place, 2 x 2nd places, and 2 x 3rd places, as well as qualifications to the British Championships in 2015 and 2016, qualification to the Amateur Olympia 2015, and qualification to the IFBB Diamond Cup 2016.
I believe inner peace and happiness are the key to a great life. Hence, being an absolute people person, I’ve taken on a mission to teach folks exactly that. It’s important to me that my style of personal training and nutrition recognises the complexity of people. You can’t heal the body, when the mind is broken; you can’t have a healthy mind, when your body is poisoned! There are no shortcuts in life or fitness without paying consequences. Nature offers us many miracles to work with – from supper foods to breath work meditations, my intention is to bring out the full potential of the body, mind and spirit.
