The benefits of exercise, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are well-known. Reducing your waist circumference reduces your diabetes risk and risks from cardiovascular disease, fatty liver, hypertension (elevated blood pressure), Covid severity risk, and may reduce your cancer risk. Adding some resistance work improves bone mineral density (improves bone health and reduces fracture risk) and can improve mobility. Activity, combined with diet can help reduce age-related decline and combat sarcopenia. On top of this, your self-esteem will improve, you’ll feel more confident as well as body confident and this may help with stress management, resilience and sleep. What’s not to love?

[For in-person training, I'm based at the Gym Group South Ruislip where you have up to 5 hours of free parking in the ASDA car park opposite. You would need to be a member of the gym, however I may be able to arrange for discounted membership and this would also be reflected in a reduced package rate with me to offset].
