If you're struggling with your weight, lacking energy and lost your mojo - I love helping people like you get their lives back and make peace with their bodies and their food.

[For in-person training, I'm based at the Gym Group South Ruislip where you have up to 5 hours of free parking in the ASDA car park opposite. You would need to be a member of the gym, however I may be able to arrange for discounted membership and this would also be reflected in a reduced package rate with me to offset].
