Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2016, I have worked with a variety of clients aged between 15 and 90 years old, each with a different level of fitness, mobility, and their own individual goals. No two clients are the same and I tailor my approach to the client I am working with. I use a variety of training methods including resistance training, HIIT and metabolic conditioning. In addition to training in the gym, I offer nutritional advice to support my clients further in working towards their goals.
