I've been involved in fitness for the last 20 years. I love what I do and am passionate about how Pilates is for absolutely everyone. It works from the inside out to allow us to move our bodies in the correct way, promoting improved balance and posture and helping us to feel long, strong and mobile. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery or just want to move more freely, Pilates is for you.
