She develops individual programmes for each of her clients, focusing on long term goals and results. She works with people from all walks of life, from beginners through to experienced athletes.

Sport and fitness is her life passion. She has taken part and accomplished many sporting events, such as a bodybuilding competitions, marathons, obstacle races, Spartan or Bear Grylls. She knows what it means to dedicate hard work and effort to ensure you have what it takes to cross that finish line.
