About
I train clients at The Huddle working specifically on personal training and nutrition consultancy.
I developed my own personal training and group fitness business in London, HEROES Fitness. This was all about helping everyday HEROES (parents, dentists, teachers, lawyers, office staff, executives, carers… the list goes on) get the most out of their health and fitness journey.
Having got to know all my clients and their individual challenges and combined this with my own experiences as a busy working professional (in a previous life), I have learnt to empathise with each client and their unique challenges.
I have always had a passion for sports, playing competitive amateur rugby up until the age of 30. After this something was required to fill the competitive void and I spent a few years on the Spartan Obstacle Course Race circuit. A new passion for running and endurance sports started to emerge with the latest project to complete the marathon in under 3 hours as the next goal.
Most of my education has centred around nutrition which initially came from a frustration of the huge amount of misinformation guiding people down the wrong path. Through this educational journey it has become evident how much of an impact different nutritional practices have on our health, well being and performance, and this must be considered alongside training.
Whether you are an athlete or an every day hero, it is my goal to help you unlock your potential through evidence informed training and nutrition practice that fits your goals and your lifestyle.
I have now moved to Cheltenham with my young family to settle down and enjoy the surrounding countryside.
