I am enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed to helping you to reach your goals whilst laying the foundations of a healthy lifestyle. I prefer to do this through encouragement rather than intimidation, but rest assured, I’m no soft touch! I have found this to be a very successful approach with my many clients in the past.

We start with a free consultation, during which clear goals and targets are set. I will then devise an exercise programme, which will be progressive, safe, built to your exact requirements, and most of all FUN, alongside a nutrition plan for you to follow. Throughout your personal training, I will carry out postural assessments to ensure that any muscle imbalances are corrected to avoid injury, ensure more efficient training, and promote well-being.

I want to teach you how to train for your goals and how to use food as fuel so you can become healthier, happier and stronger.
