What can you expect from me?
Well, firstly a lot of hard work and results, but also a lot of fun. The best way to stay on track is to enjoy what you do, so personal training sessions are always light hearted but very focused. I am a not a 'slave driver' but I do believe in client progression, so as the sessions progress, so will you.
What experience do I have?
As well as years of coaching Fit Camps and delivering personal training sessions, the years and years of being a yo-yo dieter have given me enough experience to know where you are coming from. At my largest I was 15 stone, lazy and unmotivated. Fast forward and I have completely changed my life around. I am now fitter than I have ever been, have more knowledge about exercise and nutrition than at any time in my life and you can believe me when I say I have been in your shoes and I know how to get out of them. I can help you if you would like me to.
What do I offer?
Apart from personal training sessions, which can be one to one, in pairs or groups, held at your home or at The Gym Perry Barr (membership required), you get a FREE body composition analysis, fitness test, before and after photographs, and fully personalised training sessions to help you reach your goals. I also offer advice on nutrition and can provide nutritional products to help aid you with your goals.
