Hello! I’m Harry a Level 3 qualified and fully insured personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. My journey into fitness began as a way to overcome my own challenges. I was bullied at school for being too skinny, which deeply impacted my confidence and self-esteem. Through training, I discovered the transformative power of fitness—not just for the body, but for the mind as well.
