I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with nearly 15 years experience in the fitness industry and I specialise in helping significantly overweight & obese men and women, transform their lives through ‘Simple, Fun and Effective Exercise’.

I do not believe in fad diets and all of my programs, nutrition guidance and sessions are designed to be sustainable and teach you independence. This is so you do not put the weight back on that you’ve worked so hard to lose.

➡️ All of my sessions are carried out either outdoors in the beautiful British sunshine ☀️ or at my clients home - wherever you feel most comfortable. I am also happy to train you in my home if you would prefer that, just be warned I have quite an excitable Labrador that will want to give you lots of licks of encouragement 🐶.

➡️ I will always provide a complimentary, NO OBLIGATION, 45 minute consultation prior to training any new clients. This gives me an opportunity to get to know you, discuss your goals in detail & the methods we will use to achieve them together. Most importantly, you get to know me and decide if you want me to be your trainer. Starting your weight loss journey is a two way relationship and it is important you feel comfortable and happy before beginning.

20 sessions = £900 (saving £100)

30 sessions = £1200 (saving £300)

2 people = £60 (£30pp)

3 people = £75 (£25pp)

4 people = £80 (£20pp)

All sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
