Hannahs ethos lies in educating individuals in fitness and nutrition, so achieving personal goals becomes second nature and effortless. Her workouts balance HIT, strength and pilates inspired movements to work on fat loss and body recomposition, lengthening, sculpting and defining those limbs and core. Life can be busy – Hannahs goal as your trainer is to inspire commitment and routine whilst building knowledge and confidence, so you can continue to progress in your goals long after you stop receiving her support.

Whether new to the gym or a fully invested athlete, her technical but friendly approach will give you a deep undersigning of health and wellness but more importantly, your own body. She will inspire confidence, resilience and clarity around all things fitness and nutrition.

  • Menswear – Sportswear Design BA Central Saint Martins | Level 3 Personal Trainer | Level 2 Fitness Instructing | Body Weight Exercises CPD | Kettlebell CPD | Advanced Training Methods CPD | Pilates for fitness (undergoing)

£220 a month – Personalised programme & 1 PT session a week

£400 a month – Personalised programme & 2 PT sessions a week

£540 a month – Personalised programme & 3 PT session a week

Hannah also offers one-off sessions at £60 or £75 for 2 people (work out with a partner)
