I believe that fitness training should be fun as well as functional; not a chore, but an enjoyable experience. I base my training systems around the body's natural movement patterns, ensuring that not only will you be in the best shape of your life, but you will be better equipped for the challenges of everyday life. I use evidence-based methods to ensure efficient use of time and to guarantee maximum results.
My other passion in life has always been martial arts, particularly the Japanese martial arts and I have spent time studying Judo, Lau gar Kung Fu, Kendo, Ju-Jitsu and Shotokan karate and I train regularly with The Fort Purbrook Karate Club and Ippon Ryu Ju-jitsu in Winchester.
