About
I would like to start with a quote I like: 'difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations'. Whatever you are going through in life there is a reason behind it and a lesson to be learnt. Therefore, don't worry about a thing and stay fit and happy!
My passion for fitness began when I was very young. Since the age of 11 I have been an avid swimmer and after following through with my passion for sports I began taking part in Basketball and Football tournaments and lately Muay Thai and Futsal. After spending 2 years in the Army I was pushed to new levels and this is when my strength and fitness was put to the test.
Since my 15th year of life, my workouts have mainly been based in the gym. I have a holistic approach to the human body which involves using resistance machines, free weights, body weight exercises, functional training, body balance and stretching. They are all vital if you want to have a healthy, good looking body. My knowledge comes from older exercisers, athletes, physios, dietitians, and other health professionals. I always strive for progress; that's why I am open to new challenges. My latest one is learning how to use a steel mace (very challenging).
One thing I am proud of is being a Sea Lifeguard for 4 years, contributing to human life where necessary.
