Fitness has always been an important part of my life; I now take great pleasure in teaching others how to be fit and healthy.
Throughout out my life, I have competed in skiing and basketball.
As an adult I am dedicated to my personal training and routinely run in charity events and participate in triathlons.
As a personal trainer I am interested less in body building and prefer a more holistic approach focusing on the overall well-being of my clients. I believe that dedication and small but consistent every day changes can help people to feel and live better. I tailor individual fitness plans for each of my clients and we set goals and work toward those goals together.
Nothing brings me more enjoyment than seeing my clients attain their goals and become healthier happier people.
