From a young age Edward has always been active; sailing, kayaking and rowing from the age of 10 then taking up rugby union at the age of 14. Edward was active all through school and his career in the British Army, in which he enlisted at the age of 17. Through his army career, Edward competed in rugby union, downhill skiing and sailing, representing his unit and the army at many competitions.

Edward left the army in 2014 to spend more time with his young daughter and the rest of his family. He continues his love of sports with regular appearances for Dorking Rugby Club and sailing trips to the south of England.

Edward brings his own flair to workouts. He loves to keep active, stopping only to set up for the next part of the workout. He excels in helping people with improving their overall health and fitness, aiming to improve people’s quality of life. For those looking to always keep active at any level, they will certainly benefit from spending sometime with him.
