I use a fantastic system for clients called the coach for life. First we Start with 1:1 personal training session. During these sessions I teach you how to master the basic movements of CrossFit. After this If you’r ready you move to a group CrossFit class I coach and I continue to work closely with you but you also now get the added bonus of being part of the community at my gym. Long term its a really cost effective solution as its cheaper than personal training and much more fun and gives you a sense of purpose.
CrossFit is a fantastic way to get fit and is suitable for all levels and abilities from complete beginners. It also gets fantastic results.
