I promise a professional and reliable personal training service with an exciting and effective choice of exercise programmes to give you the results you are looking for.

I have unique experience, a BA degree in Sport Studies and a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy.

Having worked with people of all levels and ages, from 19 years to 90, I am good at understanding the most appropriate and effective level of training for you. I also take into account lifestyle factors and give advice on nutrition.

My aim is not just to improve your fitness levels but to make you feel good about yourself, and to give you the tools needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Workouts can take place in local parks, at your home or at our new personal training studio in West Molesey, Surrey.

  • Premier - Diploma in Fitness Training & Sports Therapy (Level 3)
  • BA (Hons) Sports Studies
  • Discovery Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Management
  • Discovery Learning - Behaviour Change & Motivational Interviewing
