Pay upfront for 10 sessions (based on 3 sessions per week) and receive 12 sessions for the price of 10 – all for only £600
Hybrid Coaching Monthly Package
Designed for those experienced in exercise who just need accountability, this package includes one face-to-face session per week plus two program-led sessions with regular check-ins and progress management. All of this for just £275 per month.
Small Group Sessions
Enjoy a dynamic training session with a maximum of 3 people. Each 1.5hour session is available for only £35 per person.
