Whatever your focus is, I can promise that your tailored program will involve gym based activities (in a private studio) and home work outs too as well as advice on nutrition.
Before you commit to any personal training, there will be an initial consultation where we will go through your specific goals and targets and how we are going to achieve them during our sessions.
