Personal training sessions are really easy to set up and the initial consultation is free. Your personal programme is then worked out based on that information. Together, we establish your training goals and schedule in the context of your long-term aims, your lifestyle, family and work commitments.
Training sessions can take place in the gym, in your home, or you can come to me. The key is flexibility and never forgetting that it is your body, your life and your training regimen.
